process known as Soft Enamel produces the most popular tradingpins . Soft Enamel Trading Pin manufacture starts with the
approval of your design. Soft Enamel Pins can be made from any shape and size. Once you approve your design, we forward an
engineering proof to the factory for manufacture. This process is immediately followed by the creation of a die (or mold)
that is made from the exact shape of your Trading Pin design. From the die, we stamp out the amount of pins that you ordered
from raw metal material. The stamping process creates raised and recessed areas along the pins face just like you would see
on a coin. After your pins are stamped from the die and approved to be correct, your selected colors are hand-filled into the
recessed areas with High Strength Enamel. The pins are then baked at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes. An optional epoxy protective
coating (dome) can then be applied to protect the color enamels from fading or cracking over time. Next, the pins are hand
polished one at a time and then plated with either 18K Gold, Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, or several variations of Antiquing.
Lastly, each pin is inspected for quality and then individually packaged in zip lock poly bags and air shipped to your destination.

Once we have your request, you will receive one-on-one service from a member of our graphic design staff. We will
create an original design for you and your team that will have the highest degree of "trading power", desirability
and quality of manufacture. Turnaround for designs is generally 8 hours or less outside of the peak period that
runs from May thru July of every year. If you are in a pinch for time, ask us about our "Expedited Design and Order

Dangler Trading Pins: A second custom trading pins. Requires a second mold, design and manufacture. Typical attachment is via a "ring" but danglers can be attached to small jewelry chains. Danglers are used to designate special interest in your tournament, like the year of the tournament, a ball, a glove, your state, your flag, the American flag, and many other possibilities. Most common danglers designate the year of the tournament. Example: teams can use the same pin design year after year and we can update the dangler each year to represent the current tournament.

Slider Trading Pins: A second custom trading pin. Sliders require a "slot" to be cut into the die of the main pin, then the slider pin, which is a trading pin itself, will fit into the slot of the main pin. Sliders are eye appealing and give a sense of action to the pin. Common sliders include; players running a baseline, swinging bats and moving balls.
