Custom Photo Etched Trading Pins

Photo Etched Trading Pins are made from a similar starting point as the Soft Enamel pins in that we can create your pin from any shape that you desire. The difference in Photo Etched Trading Pins is that the pin will not have internal stamping which gives us the raised and recessed surfaces that allow for enamel paint fill. Your Photo Etched Trading Pins will have a smooth face that will then allow a computer to Photo “Etch” your design directly into the metal of the pin. The “etched” areas are then filled with enamel paint in the colors of your approved design. Your Photo Etched Trading pins are fired in a kiln which cures them quickly, insuring a lasting high quality color fill, then they are plated in your choice of 18K Gold, Silver, Nickel or Black Nickel. then a clear epoxy dome is applied to protect the colors and polished pin surface. Lastly, each pin is inspected for quality and then individually packaged in zip lock poly bags and air shipped to your destination.

Dangler Trading Pins: A second custom trading pins. Requires a second mold, design and manufacture. Typical attachment is via a "ring" but danglers can be attached to small jewelry chains. Danglers are used to designate special interest in your tournament, like the year of the tournament, a ball, a glove, your state, your flag, the American flag, and many other possibilities. Most common danglers designate the year of the tournament. Example: teams can use the same pin design year after year and we can update the dangler each year to represent the current tournament.
